  • Our General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Hydrostatic test, and refuellers are approved by PESO
  • Our axle loading and stability calculations are approved by Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI)
  • We strictly follow the Petroleum rules, and Central Motor Vehicle rules during manufacturing and servicing of our products

We display our superior technological capability and experience when we install the following self-fabricated components in our products – 

  • Brake interlock system
  • Centrifugal Pump
  • MS tanks that are shot-blasted and epicoated up to 200 microns

UIC Aviotech has equipped its manufacturing facilities with the following technologically advanced facilities – 

  • Machine shop including lathe, drilling, milling, and power hacksaw machines
  • Fabrication shop including 100-tonne hydraulic press, shearing press, manual and motorized bending presses, and Tungsten Inert Gas welding equipment
  • In-house shot blasting and epi-coating machines
  • Surface finishing and painting shop
  • Power generators of 32 and 62 KVA
